Hydroxyl Generators are used to eliminate odors, purify the air, and improve indoor air quality. The main difference is that Hydroxyl Generators are safe for use in occupied areas while Ozone Generators should be operated in unoccupied areas.
Hydroxyl Generators utilize a technology which combines TI02 and ultraviolet light to create a reaction which breaks apart the water molecule into a hydroxyl radical. This technology was originally developed by NASA to help purify the air in the space station and currently has applications for use in hospitals and Neonatal Units.
Hydroxyl Generators will eliminate VOC odors associated with smoke, mold odors, urine, household odors, bio cleanup, petroleum fumes, cigarettes, and so forth.
HYDROXYL GENERATOR 4000
Titan 4000 is rated for 40,000 cu/ft treatment area when paired with our Hydroxyl Maximizer Cold Vapor Injector . Titan 4000 Hydroxyl Generator is the only true commercial hydroxyl machine on the market. Unlike other fake Hydroxyl generators that produce ozone and are not safe for occupied areas, Titan utilizes 365nm to 385nm UVA TiO² Coated Photocatalytic Lamps and a permanent Anatase TiO² Coated Super Reactor Screen. This reactor screen is designed to hold the maximum amount of highly reactive Nano Sized Anatase Titanium Dioxide, and as a result, electron hole pairs are formed that react with H²O and O² in the air to produce Free Electrons, Hydroxyl Radicals and Ionized Hydro-Peroxides. When these molecules are dispersed by the fan they will decompose organic and inorganic gases and air pollutants into carbon dioxide and water.
HYDROXYL GENERATOR 2000
Titan 2000 is rated for 20,000 cu/ft treatment area when paired with Hydroxyl Maximizer humiditygenerator. Titan 2000 Hydroxyl Generator is a true commercial hydroxyl machine. Hydroxyl radicals are highly reactive oxidizing molecules. A hydroxyl radical is produced by (UVA) light in the 365nm-385nm spectrum reflecting off a titanium dioxide (TIO2) catalyst. When humidity (H20) comes in contact with the photocatalytic process a hydroxyl radical (OH) is formed. The hydroxyl radical (OH) is then dispersed into the contaminated area by a high velocity fan decomposing organic as well as inorganic pathogens into carbon dioxide and water.
HYDROXYL GENERATOR 2000
Titan 1000 is rated for 10,000 cu/ft treatment area. This is the smallest hydroxyl generator offered and can be used for all residential applications. The Titan 1000 is on of the only true hydroxyl generators on the market. The Titan line of hydroxyl generators uses (UVA lamps in the 365nm-385nm light spectrum reflecting off a (TIO2) coated super reactor screen. By reflecting the (UVA) ray off highly reactive Nano sized titanium dioxide catalyst, a hydroxyl radical is formed. The photocatalytic reaction uses (H20) in the air to create super hydroxyl radicals, free electrons, and ionized hydro peroxides. When these molecules are introduced to the contaminated area, will decompose inorganic, and organic matter into carbon dioxide and water.
Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer
The Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer uses ultrasonic technology to produce a very fine cold water vapor. The Maximizer is placed right behind a Titan Hydroxyl Generator and will increase the direct intake of humidity which increases the hydroxyl production. The Maximizer will make your Titan 4000 perform as if it is on steroids.
Do not worry about raising the humidity on your job. A very interesting discovery was found during testing of the Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer was that the Titan 4000 will use the extra humidity from the Maximizer and does not raise the relative humidity in the room.
Once the humidity is processed by the photocatalytic process it is no longer a water molecule and instead it is broken into a single hydrogen atom and a hydroxyl molecule. When the intake humidity was measured and compared to the humidity in the exhaust, there was a 15% to 40% drop in the humidity level. The Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer will hold enough water to run for 4 to 5 days.
